KEEPERS COTTAGE, GILLAMOOR. Character holiday self catering cottage accommodation for 4
Gillamoor remains an unspoiled working village, through which sheep are regularly herded and farmers are seen going about their daily tasks. There are three farms within the village boundary.
At one end of the village, the picturesque church of St Aidan sits on 'Surprise View', which is a dramatic and panoramic view of the moors.
In this picture, Keeper's Cottage is directly beyond the parked blue car.
Although perched on the edge of the North York Moors, Gillamoor has easy access to Kirkbymoorside (2 miles) and Pickering (10 Miles) where there are a variety of food shops and supermarkets for general provisions.
